Vidym is a complete school management system — attendance, fees, exams, transport, library, visitor management and parent communication on one simple platform built for Indian schools.

Vidym started with a simple observation: most school software is designed for large institutions with an IT team, and then sold to schools that have one clerk, one accountant and a principal who also teaches. The result is a system that nobody in the building fully understands, a fee register that lives in a notebook anyway, and parents who still call reception to ask whether the bus has left.
We built Vidym so that a school can be running on day one — students imported from the Excel file it already has, fee plans set up once, attendance marked in a minute, receipts calculated rather than typed — and so that every fact entered once flows to every report and every parent's phone without anyone re-typing it.
Vidym is built by Espy Technologies, made in India for Indian schools: rupee fee structures with concessions and instalments, UPI payments, transport fares on the tuition receipt, sessions that roll over in April, and communication that reaches parents through an app rather than a costly SMS gateway.
A student’s admission, today’s attendance or a fee receipt is recorded once and drives every module, report and notification. No re-typing, no two versions of the truth.
Fees come from the fee structure — concessions, instalments, late fees and transport fares included. Two clerks can never produce two different amounts for the same child.
A cancelled receipt keeps its reason and its original. Every academic session is preserved. A five-year fee trend or an old transfer certificate is one search away.
The Vidym app puts attendance, homework, results and receipts on a parent’s phone at no SMS cost. SMS, email and WhatsApp stay available as fallbacks, not as the default.
Activation in minutes, data imported from your existing Excel files, and a screen your office staff can learn in an afternoon — because a system nobody uses helps nobody.
Class-wise attendance, section-against-section results, defaulters and bus status on one dashboard, so the conversation moves from "what happened" to "what do we do".
Daily attendance and the teacher's note reach parents the moment they are marked; fee reminders go out on their own.
Fee structures with concessions and instalments, one receipt series across app and counter, defaulters on screen.
Route-wise bus alerts to exactly the right parents, read receipts on notices, transport fares billed with tuition.
We don't send a brochure. We set up a sample school with your classes, your fee plan and your routes, walk your office through it for thirty minutes, and let you click around. If it fits, your account is live the same week; if it doesn't, you have lost half an hour.
