Before you choose a plan

We do better than a trial: we set up a sample school with your own classes, fee plans and routes and walk you through it in a 30-minute demo. If it fits, your account is live the same week.

Every school on every plan gets its own page at vidym.com/yourschool: your school details, photos and contact information, an online student registration form and an enquiry form — all flowing straight into your Vidym admissions module. It is live from the day you onboard, at no charge.

Schools with 1,000 or more students (on Smart Senior, Multi Branch and custom plans) receive a custom-designed school website, connected to the Vidym app so registrations, notices and updates flow both ways. Multi Branch groups get one per branch. Hosting on your own domain is available; server costs are passed through at actual.

Multi Branch covers up to 20,000 students across branches with white-label branding. If you need more than that, custom modules or integrations, on-site onboarding or an SLA, choose School Groups & Trusts and we will build a plan around you.

An enrolled student in the current academic session. Alumni and students from previous sessions stay in Session History and do not count towards the limit.

Yes. The Android and iOS parent app is included in every plan, and it is free for parents to download and use.

App notifications carry no per-message cost. If you choose to send SMS or WhatsApp messages as a fallback, gateway charges apply at cost and are billed separately.

Vidym does not add a fee. The payment gateway you choose charges its own transaction fee, which is settled directly between the gateway and your school.

Yes, at any time. Your data stays exactly where it is; the additional modules and logins are simply switched on and the difference is billed pro rata.

Multi Branch schools can run Vidym on a dedicated server under their own domain, with white-label branding. Server costs are passed through at actual and quoted before you commit.

Every school — on every plan — is assigned a Vidym account manager for as long as the subscription runs. They handle onboarding and the Excel import, train your office staff and teachers, and remain your single point of contact for questions afterwards.

Monthly or yearly in advance, by bank transfer or UPI, with a GST invoice. Yearly billing works out to roughly two months free.
